Cortisol can block the creation of thyroid hormone. It's really blocking you from having adequate thyroid hormone, adequate adrenal hormones and adequate reproductive hormones. And so therefore, we get a lot of dysregulation because the body's trying to manage in some way with everything that is going on. So I think it's important to stress it like stress isn't a bad thing.
