The Ukrainian Offensive and the U.S.'s Support for Cluster Bombs

The Ukraine is kind of holding back on mounting an intense counter offensive. Right now, they're probing Russia. They are searching for spots that they can later target with more forces. The cluster munitions, maybe there's some value there, but there's a lot of negatives associated with doing that. We just haven't given Ukraine what they needed when they needed it fast enough.
