The SEC's Recommendations for CISOs
The SEC made some significant changes between the proposed rule and what they ultimately voted out should be the final regulation. One of the things that they changed was how much information, how much detail in this public filing you have to include about what was attacked. The first thing I say is I think a lot of folks are going to sort of let their foot off the gas with these new rules.
