Are You Getting a Minimum Wage Job?

Any place that has a sign says, we're incredibly short staff, they don't even have to be pissy about it. I just know people don't want to work there because of the people that are running the business. And i also feel like it is, it's being underrated as people think about what's happening with worker shortages. People are like now, capitalism and like market forces have invaded every single aspect of our life.
