The Land of Manassa, West
The territory of manassa reached from asher to michmethat, which is east of shechem. Then the boundary went down to the brook of kana and ended at the sea. The sons of manasse could not take possession of those cities but persisted in dwelling in that land. But when the sons of israel grew strong, they put the canaanites to forced labor and did not utterly drive them out.
