I do think that paid leave will happen in the next, let's say 20 years come back in 20 years. It is very popular all of the polling. And so I'm confident about that and that will just take a profound burden off a lot of people. Do you think it's cool for moms who just gave birth to go back to work two weeks after they have taken a baby out of their body? You can get most people on board with that.
