Why Is It So Important to Have Gas Stoves?
There's enough research to make me think gas stoves are probably more risk than they're worth. I'm probably going to replace it with induction at some point, but not until it starts to peter out on its own. There is simply way more money and inertia on the pro-fossil fuels side so I am more skeptical of arguments originating from that side.
