Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shojgo Taking the Reins of Special Operation Bakhmud
Russian defense minister Sergei Shojgo is keen to show he's taken the reins of what the Kremlin still calls its special military operation. But progress remains slow for the Russian army except in Bakhmud, where Yevgeni pregusion of the Wagner private military company is leading the charge. Projosian says Russia needs to work together but when you listen to the men on the front lines, it is very clear that they are not.
