The Story of Sleep Paralysis
When he was five or six years old, I woke up to my body completely frozen and slowly rising to the ceiling. "I could feel someone's eyes burning into the back of my head as I was stuck on the ceiling," she said. The sleep paralysis wasn't only attached to the house, but continued throughout her life. She would often wake up in the middle of the night to hearing hard, heavy, shuffling footsteps.
