The 14 Points of the World Organization
Woodrow Wilson's 14 points were an outline for what the international system should look like after the war. The idea of an international organization to try to mitigate conflicts states back over 125 years before Wilson's proposal. Prior to the outbreak of war in 1914, several prominent Europeans had advocated for such a body as well.
