Is There a Predictive Factor in a UTI?
There's several things you can say that this study wasn't powered properly, because they weren't able to get their participants. The interesting thing was the predictive factors of treatment success. But it does make me question, what am I doing for my patients who are men who have febrile UTIs? Should I be giving them an extended course of antibiotic?
