The fight is not over it is still an enormous problem trying to find unions that are working on leadership development and recruiting into the leadership people that resemble the workforce itself. The university is going to be a central site in this battle moving forward as governor DeSantis both attacked tenure for faculty in Florida and then also has attacked the content of classes in higher ed.
