Co Creation, Inquiry and Diversity

Nothing that we innovate is ever an individual endeavor. In order to cocreate, well, you need to be able to have this constant flow f of questions. And those three things are co creation, inquiry and diversity. i think it's so important for organizations to start thinking about adaptability in the same way as people do. How can we embrace diversity in a way that makes us better at innovation? I'm looking forward to hearing your answers.
