How to Prioritize Capabilities in a COVID Crisis
Caro: My focus shifts every other few months right so at this point in time as part of COVID actually a lot of my focus is on cash flow. The first thing was to cut my marketing cost to the minimal as much as I can because nobody is buying vehicles anywhere and that's the first thing that goes out from that standpoint. As a result we actually hire more engineers so to speak in this period of time but for us it's business as usual anyway for the engineers they can work from home anywhere.
