This case was put in the grand jury by the Manhattan Attorney's Office more than two years ago, put in the stormy days case and then they took it out. Initially, they thought it had to do with a tax deduction being taken when they realized President Trump didn't take a tax deduction for this. And they pulled it out, which is mind boggling that is being put back in. This was a nuisance settlement, a civil settlement made from an incident that occurred now 17 years ago. How common are these nuisance lawsuits settled like this with NDAs? Every day, every day, you know, every day.
