Gen Z and Queer People in Research

We're seeing the numbers of queer people going way up for Gen Z even more so than millennials. Our community is growing. And that means for all you researchers out there, there's a lot more people to survey. So please be really thoughtful if you decide,. especially if you're cis and you decide to do a research study on non-binary or trans folks. Be really clear on why you are doing that rather than including them as part of your overall sample. When they tell you this is not going to go well for the community, listen please.
