AI and the Consumer's Recession
Elsa: Are we in a stage right now where companies that operate in these economies, developed market economies, can feel good about where the economic situation is? If it's feeling good or not feeling so bad, you know, as you said, people were calling for a recession at the start of the year. Clearly, that's not panned out. But as June has said, the consumers in a pretty decent spot at the moment and wage growth is still firm. Headline inflation has actually come down a fair bit. Core is a lot stickier than central banks would like, but all in all, the macro picture doesn't look too terrible right now.
