The Census Bureau's Accounts, a Census Bureau, and Estimates
Only florida, north carolina, arizona and georgia had counts that were off by more than a hundred thousand. All the red states lower population counts by large margins. I don't promote conspiracy theories. But i would think right now would probably be a good time for people in the inspector general's office and elsewhere to start looking at why new york's population count was 800 thousands off the estimate.
