The Pros and Cons of Living in Atlanta
In Atlanta, you can be evicted for not paying rent or failing to move out at an expiration of a lease. A landlord must go to court, win the case and then pay a fee to have the law enforcement officer properly evict you. In New York, New York's tough. It's a whole thing. So when I'm saying that it's a landlord friendly state, is it the most landlord friendly state in America? I'm not sure. But when you're comparing it to states like New York, it's tremendously in favor of the landlord.
