Go on the or pockets forums and find the most active power users. Find people who have posted thousands of times in your local area. And en those people will potentiallybe at least, you know, entry points into that cage and underground. What about red flags? I mean, aside from some of the common inaosit i said this too much, or whatever, i would say that there's a lot of context that's provided that's unspoken.

For average investors, private money lending has been mentally squared away as “something mega-wealthy people do.” Most investors will write off lending money because they think they lack the experience or funds to do a successful deal.
