english doesn't have the same function that russian does like russian has different levels of style low style high style and it gets mushed it gets combined in anyegan because there is actual literal like conversational style that has to take place. With the narrator digresses he can kind of morph into high style as well or medium made style we recall it allows him to kind of like bounce around which is kind of an interesting function. It even allows for this sort of making fun of its own characters in which the narrator for for Tatiana she writes to onyegan in french because it's noted by the narrator that she really is uncomfortable with with russian.
