Is There a Standard for Police Training?
There are no standards nationally that could apply to all police. The public comment boards that have been set up to be a check on the police often really aren't much of a check at all. If you see a police using excessive force and you're an EMT or you're another police officer, it puts the onus on you to step in and do something.
