Ukraine and NATO and the West Are Using the Ukrainian People as Cannon Fodder in the Proxy War

Jimmy Carter: The Ukrainian people are being used as cannon fodder in the proxy war that the United States NATO and the West are waging. He says when America sends a hundred billion dollars to another country it has nothing to do with those people but what we're actually doing is using the Ukrainian people as cannon fodder for U.S.-NATO wars overseas.
