The Effects of Antibiotics on Immune System Function

This one is a microbiome modulated checkpoint directs immunosuppressive intestinal T cells into cancer. The author list is Maureen Fidelity at all corresponding author is Lawrence Zit Vogel. If you give antibiotics or an alpha four beta seven antibody to block it or anti one mad cam or do genetic ablation, these immune cells do not home to the gut. They go to the peripheral tissues where they're immunosuppressed in a blade. This was a really interesting paper for me because it's the opposite story of what we just heard.
