The Negative Side of Multi-Pam
A lot of these guys use bridge debt just to, just to get their return numbers up so they didn't have to raise as much money with Fannie and Freddie. They dropped their loan to values down to 70% and then 60% now because they see the writing on the wall. And it's unfortunate because some people will see that and like, oh, man, I'm not going to invest in multi-pam. It's just stupid because there's incredible opportunity coming in my opinion.
