How to Censor Conservatives

Presentation about how to censor conservatives was part of a presentation package for a grant to the DHS. Dr. Michael Londo says on video, acknowledging they're probably breaking the law with regards to this effort that they're asking liberals for money because they're probably broke the law. He then says that he spoke to the FBI about breaking the law. Yet it's so weird that he's not in jail or anything like that. According to a guest, we haven't seen anything yet.
