How to Maximize Compliance With Pressure Control Ventilation

The maximum pressures that that system is allowed to deliver on default is 40 centimeters of water. That was actually quite a lot in terms of weight that actually would affect your chest wall compliance. And then because your I.E. ratio is a one to two you know if there's an obstructive picture I would definitely not do this but because there wasn't obstructive this was more of a restrictive chest wall defect. So I changed the I.e. ratio one to one just so the inspiratory rise would be slow and then my pressures would be lower. Even with that the entire CO2 is 50 but we're just keeping it there. It could still have volume but try to minimize that
