How I Learned to Listen to My Body
Getting outside and doing some form of movement was incredibly important to me. I tried lots of other things including the SSP, Vedicinals and natokineis. But they didn't make any noticeable difference so all got abandoned once I decided that they weren't helping. Starting to speak to a counselor also helped with mental health issues. And then just understanding this idea of trauma as well,. because I remember someone talking about trauma to me saying you can get trauma from this? Then I realised that sort of thing is actually big stuff. It's like coming back from a war zone - Trauma is really big stuff. So I set out to help myself and help others through my podcast.
