How to Scale a Product
In order to scale a thing, first you have to know that the solution works. When I've made this new average autocomplete that brings in all the best stuff and leaves out all the not best stuff then I give it to people as soon as I can. And I go, could you try this? Could you see if it works for you? It's a, again, product design 101. You talk to your users, you make a thing really quickly and then you use ability test it. That build, measure, learn cycle makes sense because what you're doing is giving a user a feature.
