The Global South and the Global North

I think it's important to know that countries differentiate. So countries want to work with Germany right now. We did an MOU last week with China, where we agreed to accelerate our implementation. But of course, if you want to be credible and work internationally, you need to have a credible law. You need to respond when commissions come in and say you're off track or else you won't be credible internationally.
