The Different Cliches of the Jets

Jets coach Robert Salas tried to rally his team by saying, "We can have the receipts now from last year because they ended up falling apart" That's one thing. But when he's like, oh, I'm not gonna acknowledge Sean and then he has this entire answer that basically does acknowledge everything that he said? It's a rhetorical device at that point. And you know, I wouldn't be surprised if Billy Turner kind of picked that up in the locker room yesterday. Seems like someone started training camp and is trying to soften the blow after realizing what he's in for this season.
