The Offense of the N Word
In the UK, packy is a deeply offensive word. It was used to abuse people from Pakistan or India. I don't think I've ever heard a black guy calling another black guy that accepts possibly as a joke. People in the UK don't really use the N word, and if you do, it's very, very offensive. The worst is seriously offensive.
