The Importance of Eating Healthy
When it comes to health, I always say this to people. People can only be as smart as their options. In some low income, predominantly minority neighborhoods, there are more liquor stores, gun stores, and convenience stores than grocery stores or where there's local food. The system isn't set up for anyone to actually make the smart choice. More often people have to make the convenient choice. You if you want to eat healthy, you don't have the money to buy it.
