Is Treasury Overstepping the First Amendment?

I think that if we look at the history of AMLKYC in the United States and the Bank Secrecy Act, I think the third party doctrine is unconstitutional and violates the Fourth Amendment. So either that needs to be taken to the Supreme Court and overturned, or there does need to be legislative, you know, something passed legislatively for Americans' constitutional rights. Europe is certainly more authoritarian in this regard than the United States is. And we've even seen this in terms of the conversation around Bitcoin mining with the European Commission last year. It's horrifying that that developer is under custody and arrested for this contract. There definitely has to be some changes over there.
