I've tried to establish dialogues with people who you know basically have different views and I found similar to the liberal practice. to seeking out people who disagree with you and I found that some people in research don't like to be criticized and get annoyed. It was sort of a sense of satisfaction when because you submit manuscripts and then you get reviews and at one point I really felt that now I can actually anticipate you know what the reviewers are going to say early on.
