The Importance of Having a Coach

I'm very grateful to not have had a coach that first show because it forced me to learn as much as I did. Hopefully the goal was to come in sharper than ever before obviously, but I'm either Really smart for trying to do keto or really dumb one of the other. The Whatever you showcase on stage will be a result of whatever path you choose and training wise diet wise.
