The Disparity in the Performance of the American Military Force

The fall of Baghdad and the seizure of Baghdad in April of 2003, and then the capture of Saddam in December. They were successful tactically at the tactical level and very low numbers of casualties. But yet you compare that to what's going on right now in Ukraine with Russia. The disparity in the performance of the military, it could not be any more dramatic.
