China and the Cold War
During the cold war there was a coherent philosophical disagreement. Don't hear that kind of stuff any more. I just don't and again, you read the foreign press morethan i do. And so it's now a lot of times that argument as appears to be rooted fundamentally in greed right as much as anything else. The world is kind of down on the american political system except when you compare it to the alternative. It's one of the things that makes us actually weak.
