The Importance of Cues in Movement
I just think people parrot what others say and they haven't gone to the source or bother to learn from someone who's an expert in that field. So if we understand that cues, the cues that we use can steer people towards toward or away from certain movement options that we want them to achieve. I'm quite good at communicating different cues to athletes. And I'm trying to speak their language rather than keep parroting the same kind of cues and waiting for them to click onto it.
