How Can Coaches Help Their Teams Adopt a Style of Play?

The heart of thabby is what i share to you the fourth grade team. I've created lock left defence, race and space offence and sabby shooting. Because i want coaches to have a play book. And if players can learn principles, then they can go and play for any coach at any level. So that's really the goal, is to teach principles over plays.
