I love the fact you're talking about that. I have an expression kind of like embedded by design, but it is so, so key because I think sometimes we talk about some of these challenges, which in many cases also opportunities. And again, it just brings to the fore this skills piece alongside technology change. So as we have kind of agile enterprise change, we're taking it down to agile teams, agile individuals and helping people to be more comfortable with constant ambiguity and change.
