The US's Response to the Kremlin Drone Strike

The White House is trying to end Title 42, a law that allows the military to use troops for drug enforcement. The president signed an executive order last week allowing reserve troops to be ready in case they are called into action. CNN's John Defterios says he hasn't seen any movement on this front from the administration so far. "There should have been a lot more movement leading up to this point," defterios says.
