Gun Manufacturers Sue All the Time
Bydon's proposal is very different from current law. He wants gun manufacturers held civilly liable for misuse of guns they sell. This would allow lawsuits against manufacturers and sellers whenever a crime, accident or suicide occurs with a gun. The straightforward result would be to put gun makers out of business, of course it would. Gun makers, their entire operating expense would be legal fees. Tayd be in court every day.
