Oral bacterio whic talk sense can get into the blood stream through bleeding gums when they have gum diseases, or oral infections. When thy have denal infections, they can get through the root canals. And once they are in the blood, they can travel anywhere in the body. They can travel to the heart, to the lungs, to the unborn baby, and cause local infection,. Also, the inflammation in the mouth caused by the oral bacteria can cause systemic that can damage organs. So what is good oral health to you? Because i think to most of us, it's brush your teeth twice a day, floss and go to the dentis twice a year.
