The President's Plan to Walk Down This Path

The former president is expected to be arraigned in New York City on Tuesday. CNN's John Defterios says he doesn't think there will be much of a public skeptical about the charges against him. The White House should have had his mugshot by now, defterios says. He also said that James Comey should not be talking after what he did launched the whole Russia probe.
