In that same song from 1971, over 50 years ago, he says, didn't need no welfare state. Everybody pulled their weight. Back then it sounded pretty good to me. And watching some of the interaction between Meathead and Blanken on his name, Rob Reiner, and Archie Bunker was interesting because Rob Reiner is exactly the same now as he was as that character. Same exact same stuff, but the exact same stuff is sort of not pertinent to the present moment.
