The Importance of Huddles in Construction
Every day all workers on site connecting with them 100% has to be done it's just the way construction is done okay. Huddles when you do worker huddles you immediately disable dissension lack of communication or silence and so let me go through those three right now if you tell a form well there's this. Now by the way I do want to say that we are fighting against waste and variation we are not fighting against people so I'm gonna I'm gonna say that this is a problem at the form and level but it's not necessarily a form and problem, it's a system problem.
