The players are scouted for specific positions which would plug holes or upgrade positions in the current academy setup. Are they scouted because they hit a certain threshold after which they become a small risk high reward signing so basically signings that you cannot afford to miss out on? Lee: I think just sitting here has been a one hour master class for me so personally I mean thank you so much Lee hopefully the conversations will happen off the board as well.
