The Importance of Squad Building at Chelsea
I think that people sometimes overlook how important squad building is as an overall arching theme and again that probably ties in a little bit to Chelsea. When Todd Boulley first came into the club it seemed more scattergun with players being linked to other Premier League clubs. I would say that that doesn't seem like it's still the case at the club now so we're trying to look past that. We have set profiles for each position but those profiles feed into a game model which is how we want the team to play very much based upon the kind of intensity and want to push forward be an attacking pressing team if you like.
