After george floyd was killed in may, i travelled to minneapolis to cover the protests and riots there. When i returned, i was surprised to discover that these same groups were now talking about backing the blue. It's interesting that you mention essentially that their disaffection was changeable and something tha leaders sought to manipulate. So you're almost drawing a line here between the people who were against the massed mandates against cot of the revaluation of race in america after george fl Floyd, and then really the same folks fired up about protecting donald trump.
